Unfortunately, our subscription box works based on which style category you first selected. But all of our ties look great, so there's really no worry! Contact us if you have more specific preferences.
For customer convenience, all plans auto-renew and all renewals occur on the 1st of each month, until cancelled. For users on the month-to-month plan, renewals occur on the 1st of each month until you cancel. If you are on the 3-month upfront plan, a renewal occurs on the 1st of the month after you've received your last already-paid-for shipment for an additional 3-month renewal (for example, if you sign up on Jan 1 for a 3-month plan, your package will be shipped out on January 22nd, February 22nd, and March 22nd, and then the 3-month renewal charge will occur on April 1st). If you are on the 12-month upfront plan, a renewal occurs on the 1st of the month after you've received your last already-paid-for shipment for an additional 12-month renewal (for example, if you sign up on May 1 for a 12-month plan, your package will be shipped out on May 22nd, June 22nd, July 22nd, August 22nd, September 22nd, and October 22nd, and then the 6-month renewal charge will occur on May 1st).
We ship out all our ties on the 22nd of each month (except December, due to the holiday season), regardless of when you sign up for your subscription. For example, if you order on February 6th, then your order will ship on February 22nd. Note that our cutoff date for the current month's box is usually one or two days before the 22nd of that month. As a confirmation, you will receive a shipping notification email from our system when a shipment goes out.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or make exchanges for any products you received. We also do not provide refunds once a product has shipped.
You can easily cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account, and going to 'Account Preferences.' You can cancel your account there. It's as easy as signing up.
Of course! So if you cancel with a three-month subscription during the second month, you will still receive your tie or socks on the third month. This is also the best method to purchase a short term gift for somebody at the moment.
An email notification will go out only when the first month's box is shipped out from our end. It will NOT immediately go out after your subscription purchase. If you'd like to change the date of delivery for the initital gift box, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make the delivery date change for you.
